In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No.79 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 420, 504 and 323/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners have been made accused in this case on account of the fact that the vendor of the complainant has sold the same land to the present petitioners. It appears that the petitioners themselves are the victim of situation. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case,
