The anticipatory bail application on behalf of petitioner no. 2, Neeraj Kumar, is dismissed as withdrawn. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner no. 1, Madhu Devi, and the learned counsel appearing for the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Pirbahore P.S. Case No. 617 of 2017 for offences under Sections 420, 494 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
Petitioner no. 1 is the married nanad of the informant and there is no specific allegation against this petitioner. Let petitioner no. 1, above named, in the event of her
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7684 of 2018 (2) dt.17-02-2018 2/2 arrest or surrender, within one month from the date of receipt of this order, is directed to be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Pirbahore P.S. Case No. 617 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna, or successor Court, subject to the condition enumerated in Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
