JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 03-05-2024 The present application has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this is an application for modification of the order dated 16.05.2023 passed by the Hon'ble Mr. Justice Mohit Kumar Shah in Cr.Misc.No. 66210 of 2022, by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail provisionally in connection with Gaya Kotwali P.S.
Case No. 392/2022 registered under Sections 341, 323, 498A/34 of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30857 of 2024(2) dt.03-05-2024 2/2 Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, and further be pleased to confirm the provisional bail to the petitioner."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail such remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The present application stands disposed off as not pressed.
