The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 711 of 2017 registered under
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18099 of 2018 (2) dt.05-04-2018 Sections 376, 379, 323,504 and 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering the fact that the main allegation in the first information report is against son of petitioner nos. 1 and 2 and the first information report has belatedly been instituted without disclosing any date and time on which the son of petitioner nos. 1 and 2 established physical relationship with the informant, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 711 of 2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J.) Sanjeet/- U T
