2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kursela P.S. Case No. 15/2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/354(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is said to have molested the victim girl.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there is dispute from before and because of that this false case has been lodged.

5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27297 of 2024(2) dt.01-05-2024 2/2 for today, the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Katihar, in connection with Kursela P.S. Case No. 15/2024, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
