No. 98 of 2013 by which it has confirmed the order dated 19.12.2012 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Darbhanga in Laheriasarai P.S. Case No. 569 of 2010 (G.R. No. 3526 of 2010, Tr. No. 3119 of 2013).

Considering that this is a second revision in the garb of an application filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. and no patent illegality could be pointed out, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter.

The Application is dismissed.
