Prayer for bail of this petitioner was earlier rejected by this court vide order dated 31.08.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17234/ 2021.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that three witnesses including the informant have already been examined but none of them has supported the prosecution case. Petitioner is in custody since 30.08.2020.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts of the case, the period of custody of the petitioner and deposition of the witnesses, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail
