1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. On query of the Court with regard to the stage of the case, the learned counsel for the petitioner very fairly submitted that charges have been framed, trial has commenced but not a single witness has been examined.

3. Learned A.P.P. for the State, thus, submits that since charges have been framed, trial has commenced, as such, the Court should not interfere at this stage.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned A.P.P. for the State, the Court is not inclined to entertain the quashing application.

5. Accordingly, the quashing application is dismissed.
