This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 20 of 2023 registered under section 342, 302, 323, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution story in short is that the informant got to know that 10-12 women and 6-7 men were assaulting his son namely Keshav. When the informant intervened, the accused alleged that the Keshav had taken money which he was not returning. On being informed, the local police reached there and found that Keshav was unconscious, thereafter, he was admitted to hospital. And during the course of treatment his son

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25243 of 2023(2) dt.23-05-2023 2/2 regained his consciousness and told the names of assailants including the petitioner herein, as assailants. However, on the same day in night Keshav died.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is lady and she is in custody since 19.01.2023, this application for regular bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M. Darbhanga in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 20 of 2023.
