JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 15-02-2018 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with a liberty to approach the concerned court for regular bail. Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioner should surrender before the concerned court within a period of two weeks from today and pray for regular bail which should be considered and disposed of on the same day considering the fact that there is no evidence of killing the deceased against the petitioner apart from the fact that the informant himself has not been found to be present at the place of occurrence as such, he could not have narrated the version as stated in the FIR. The petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
