2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Laheriasarai (L. Sarai) P.S. Case No. 14 of 2025 instituted for the offences under Sections 190, 191(2), 191(3), 115(2), 117(2), 118(1), 109, 262, 263(a), 132, 121(1), 121(2), 352, 351(2) of the BNS.

3. Prosecution case, in short, is that on the alleged date and time, while executing a warrant against one Jitendra Kumar, police officials were attacked by Jitendra, his family and others leading to stone pelting and physical assault. As Jitendra Kumar was injured and rescued from custody, the situation escalated with a mob blocking roads and attacking police personnel. The

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent lady and has falsely been implicated in the present case only on the basis of suspicion. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that general and omnibus allegation has been made against the petitioner. No specific overt act is alleged against the petitioner. Petitioner is alleged to be a member of mob. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The co-accused person has already been granted regular bail by this Court vide order dated 03.03.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10980 of 2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as also petitioner being lady, let the petitioner above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court below/concerned Court in connection with Laheriasarai (L. Sarai) P.S. Case No. 14 of 2025, subject to the
