22.01.2015 Learned counsel for the petitioner is present. Nobody appears on behalf of the respondents.

From Annexure-A of the supplementary counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondents, it appears that after revision, the petitioner is entitled to gratuity of Rs. 1,26,621/- out of which Rs. 82,333/- has been paid and for the payment of the remaining amount of Rs. 44,288/-, the process has been initiated. However, today learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this amount has not yet been received by him.

As nobody is appearing on behalf of

Patna High Court CWJC No.19706 of 2011 (4) dt.22-01-2015 2/2 respondents, the application stands disposed off with a direction to the Chairman, Bihar State Power Holding Company Limited to ensure that the remaining amount of Rs. 44,288/- is paid to the petitioner, if not already paid within two weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order before him. It goes without saying that the petitioner shall also be entitled to interest, if any, in accordance with law as provided under the relevant statute(s).
