The petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Laraiya Tand P.S. Case No. 43 of 2017 registered for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the Prevention of the Witch (Daaqin) Practices Act, 1999. Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. The written report was submitted on 29.10.2017 for the occurrence of 27.10.2017. The injuries are simple in nature which is evident from Annexure-2

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13989 of 2018(2) dt.05-04-2018 2/2 series and as such section 307 IPC is not attracted. Considering the fact that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent and nature of injuries is simple, the court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Let the petitioners, above named, be enlarged on bail, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from today on furnishing bail bound of Rs 10,000(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-2, Munger in connection with Laraiya Tand P.S. Case No. 43 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
