2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Udwantnagar P.S. Case No. 54 of 2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20 (b) (II) (B) & 25 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

3. According to FIR, the police raided the house of the petitioner and 11.70 kgs of ganja was recovered from under construction house of the petitioner and from his possession 1.70 kgs ganja was recovered.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The provisions of Sections 50 & 42 of the N.D.P.S.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23628 of 2025(3) dt.06-08-2025 2/2 Act was not complied with.

5. On the other hand, Mr. J. N. Thakur, learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances of the case the huge quantity of ganja was recovered from the house of the petitioner and 1.7 kgs of ganja was also recovered from his possession. In my view, the petitioner does not deserve the privilege of bail. Accordingly, it is rejected.
