2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Aurangabad Town P.S. Case No. 606 of 2025, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 109(1), 303(2) & 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per prosecution case, on 29.09.2025, the informant while returning home on his motorcycle after closing his shop, was chased by the petitioner, Shahrukh and a black Scorpio. Petitioner shot him in the right arm, and Shahrukh stole Rs. 50,000/- from him.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The petitioner is in custody since 28.11.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail and submits that petitioner carries two criminal antecedent and there is direct allegation of firing attributed against the petitioner.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this bail application is dismissed.

7. It is made clear that any observation made herein is prima facie in nature and limited solely for the purpose of adjudication of the present bail application. Such observations shall not be construed as an expression on the merits of the case and shall not influence the trial or any other proceedings in any manner.
