4. Learned counsel for the State submits that the

Patna High Court CWJC No.17169 of 2015(3) dt.11-09-2023 2/2 petitioners have alternative remedy under the Bihar Mutation Act, 2011, [Bihar Act 23 of 2011].

5. It transpires to this Court that counsel for the petitioners has no interest to pursue this case.
