ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 05-04-2016 The petitioner seeks revision of the order dated 23.06.2014 passed in Maintenance Case No. 117M of 2010/414 of 2013 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Begusarai. In the nature of dispute between the parties an attempt was made to settle the dispute.

Counsel for the Opposite Party no.2 submits that there is no such chance because even earlier the petitioner had made commitment but is not complying the same.

Having gone through the impugned order I find no reasons for interference. Hence the application is rejected. The court below is directed to take stringent steps for ensuring compliance of its order. (Anjana Prakash, J) Prakash/- U T
