The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No.90 of 2017 registered under Sections 452, 341, 323, 379, 325, 307, 384/34 of I.P.C.

Accusation is that in the evening of 15.3.2017 at 4.30 P.M. Nitesh Kumar Jha (petitioner), Rajan Kumar Singh, Gopal Chaudhary along with two others having variously armed with danda, pistol came at the door of the informant Ram Chandra Jha, and the petitioner pointing pistol at his temporal zone demanded ransom Rs.50,000/- from the informant and on his refusal Rajan Kumar Singh gave danda blow on the informant causing his head

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40613 of 2017 (4) dt.14-12-2017 2/2 injury and in course of which Gopal Chaudhary took Rs.150/- out from the pocket of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner and the informant are co-villagers and due to animosity the informant has lodged this case against the petitioner for the aforesaid allegation. He has clean antecedent. Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M.,Begusarai, in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No.90 of 2017 subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
