The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Amdabad P.S. Case No. 19 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 392, 212, 411, 413 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, nothing incriminating has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Moreover, the informant has filed the compromise petition regarding the dispute of the parties which is evident from Annexures-2 and 3. The
