2. This application has been filed for quashing the F.I.R. of Mahila P.S. Case No. 21 of 2021 registered for the offence under Section 376 of the IPC.

3. Both the parties have submitted that the case has been settled between the parties and they do not want to continue with the prosecution.

4. In view of the aforesaid, this application is allowed. The prosecution of the petitioner in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 21 of 2021, is hereby quashed.
