4. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, and 307 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Barahiya P.S. Case No. 67 of 2015.
5. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated owing to land dispute between the parties. There is a case and counter case between them. Petitioner no.1 had instituted Barahiya P.S. Case No. 56 of 2015 on the date of occurrence itself whereas the present first information report has been instituted after unexplained delay on 09.04.2015 for the alleged occurrence of 27.03.2015.

6. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of the petitioners' arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from the date of communication of this order, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Barahiya P.S. Case No. 67 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
