The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354, 308, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegedly, it is a case of assault upon the daughter of the informant due to which she sustained injuries. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there is case and counter case between the parties and both parties have sustained injuries, as alleged, in separate occurrence. Petitioner has clean antecedent. Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the anticipatory bail.
