2. This matter has been listed under the heading "To Be Mentioned" at the instance of the office.

3. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Bhore P.S. Case No. 63 of 2025 dated 24.02.2025 registered for the offences punishable u/s 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act.

4. As per the prosecution case, total 342.360 litres of illicit foreign liquor was recovered from the Mahindra Pickup Van.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is not the owner rather he is the driver of the seized vehicle. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23625 of 2025(2) dt.18-04-2025 2/2 possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has no concern with the alleged recovery. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 25.02.2025.

6. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Gopalganj in connection with Bhore P.S. Case No. 63 of 2025 dated 24.02.2025.

8. The application stands allowed.
