The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 323, 448 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. The complainant alleged that Rajendra Rai purchased a piece of land from one Pallu Rai son of Mukund Rai. The complainant alleged that she has got no son whose name is PalluRai. She has one son Golu Rai and a daughter Ruby kumari. It is submitted that petitioner is cousin of Rajendra Rai who is said to have purchased land from one Pallu Rai. The dispute is of civil nature. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51280 of 2015 (2) dt.15-12-2015 Rajendra Rai, who is purchaser of the land from Pallu Rai and others have been granted anticipatory bail vide order passed in Criminal Misc. No. 23840 of 2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Deo Priya, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Begusarai in connection with Complaint Case No.2477 (c ) of 2012 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
