At, the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file
Patna High Court CWJC No.11336 of 2021(2) dt.23-09-2021 2/2 appropriate petition before the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Patna inasmuch remedy of the petitioner lies before the Central Administrative Tribunal.
Having regard to the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn, however, with liberty to the petitioner to approach the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Patna for redressal of his grievances.
