The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Khushrupur P.S. Case No. 256 of 2018 registered under Sections 30(a) and 37(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has no concern with the alleged recovery of illicit liquor. He further submits that on perusal of the Seizure List, it appears that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner rather the alleged recovery has been made from the bank of river Ganges. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in

Case No. 256 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
