2. At the outset, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the payment of revised Gratuity and Pension has been made to the petitioner during pendency of the application. Now the claim remains only with respect to arrears of revised salary for the period 1.4.2007 to 31.3.2008.
3. Learned counsel for the State has submitted that if a representation is filed by the petitioner in this regard, the same
Patna High Court CWJC No.1208 of 2015 dt.30-11-2016 2/2 would be considered and disposed of by a reasoned order within a period of four weeks.
4. In that view of the matter, the petitioner is directed to file a representation before the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Sheohar, within two weeks from today in respect of his claim for arrears of revised salary for the period 1.4.2007 to 31.3.2008.
5. In case, such a representation is filed, the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Sheohar, (Respondent No. 6) is directed to dispose of the same by speaking order within four weeks thereafter.
6. With aforesaid observation and direction, the application is disposed of.
