The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Dumra P.S. Case No. 426 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
1062 litres of illicit liquor has been recovered from a vehicle and co-accused Rambhu Kumar was apprehended by the police who disclosed the name of this petitioner as one of his associates.
It is submitted that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is neither driver nor owner of vehicle in question. Petitioner has got clean

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District Judge II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Sitamarhi in connection with Dumra P.S. Case No. 426 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
