The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Gopalpur (Rangra) P.S. Case No. 267 of 2014 for the offence registered under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 323, 406, 504 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present case is a sequel to the case lodged by the present petitioners with regard to the same nature of offence, which is marked as Annexure -2 to the bail application. It is further submitted that the occurrence is of the year 2005 whereas the present case has been lodged after 9 years.

Considering the nature of allegations made against the petitioners and that the petitioners have no

No.16557 of 2018 (2) dt.10-04-2018 criminal antecedent, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Naugachiya, Bhagalpur in connection with Gopalpur (Rangra) P.S. Case No. 267 of 2014, subject to the condition as laid under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
