The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/323/324/307 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that in the background of land dispute 13 FIR named accused persons assaulted the informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are agnate of the informant and in the background of land dispute the accusation has been levelled. Moreover, till date the injury report is not on record. There is counter version of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53397 of 2015 (2) dt.24-11-2015 2/2 the occurrence also.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Saran at Chapra in connection with Chapra Mufassil P.S. Case No.222 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Ashwini/- U T
