The petitioners have moved the Court for payment of admitted retiral benefits.
Without going into the merits of the matter, learned counsel for the respondents no. 2 to 4 has taken a fair stand before the Court and submits that the concerned respondents undertake to clear
6/6 all up-to-date admitted dues of the petitioners, except relating to difference of salary pursuant to the 5th pay revision from 01.04.1997, within three months.
In view of the aforesaid, the applications stand disposed off in light of the undertaking given by learned counsel for the respondents no. 2 to 4.
The matter relating to arrears of salary from 1997 shall be accordingly dealt with by the concerned respondents, after the matter is finally settled by the High Court.
