JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 01-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chainpur P.S. Case No. 45 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 307, 504/34 of the I.P.C. and 27 of the Arms Act pending in the Court of A.C.J.M.-II, Bhabua at Kaimur. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that due to previous enmity he has falsely been implicated in this case. Further submission is that the informant himself is a veteran criminal and several cases are pending against him. Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State opposed the prayer of the petitioner with submission that there is direct allegation of having caused firearm injury to the informant.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23377 of 2017 (4) dt.01-08-2017 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of the allegation, I am not inclined to allow the prayer of the petitioner for anticipatory bail. Accordingly, this application is rejected.
