JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 28-02-2018 Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kadwa P.S.Case No. 337 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 379, 325, 307, 342, 506 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of assault by rod on the head causing grievous injury.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that for the same occurrence five cases have lodged and informant has received injury in some other manner.

Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the fact that injury on the head is grievous, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10835 of 2018 (2) dt.28-02-2018 2/2 Let petitioner surrender and pray for regular bail, which shall be considered on its own merit, without being prejudiced by this order.
