Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.962 of 2018 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the D.P.Act..

Case is under Section 498A of the IPC and it appears that the O.P.no.2 has appeared in this case and vide order dated 27.9.2019 both husband and wife were directed to restore their conjugal relationship as such the petitioner was directed to keep O.P.no.2 with dignity and care and thereafter both the parties were directed to appear in the Court after a month and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27310 of 2019(6) dt.05-11-2019 2/2 in pursuance of that direction, both the parties have appeared and stated that they are residing together.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Patna City in connection with Complaint Case No.962 of 2018 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with further condition that he will keep his wife (O.P.No.2) with dignity and care..
