JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 24-03-2023 In this case, learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove the defects, if any within two weeks. Subject to the above undertaking, this Court has heard Mr. Binodanand Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Ashit Kumar Jha, learned A.C. to G.P.-2 for the State. The only grievance of the petitioner at this stage is that while she has been posted at Shankarpur but has been kept on deputation at Singheshwar which is causing hardship to her inasmuch as for getting her salary etc. she is required to present her absenty at Shankarpur.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is working as Lady Supervisor at Singheshwar.
Patna High Court CWJC No.10593 of 2021(2) dt.24-03-2023 2/2 In the aforesaid view of the matter, this writ application is being disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to submit a representation before the District Magistrate, Madhepura pointing out her difficulties. If such a representation is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the same will be considered keeping in view the facts and circumstances as also the guidelines, an appropriate view shall be taken by the District Magistrate, Madhepura by communicating his decision to the petitioner within a period of three months.
