2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ara Town P.S. Case No. 16 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, there is recovery of magazine in which there are two live cartridges.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in custody since 07.01.2025.

5. The petitioner is accused in 19 more cases of serious and similar nature.

6. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

7. Considering the antecedent of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
