No rejoinder thereto has been filed on behalf of the petitioner.
The petitioner alleges that he was forced to go out of the house. It was the criminal act of the persons noted in the application. The grievance is that in spite of the information given to the concerned Police Station, no F.I.R. is lodged and action taken.
If that be so then the petitioner has option to file a criminal complaint for bringing the culprits to book. It is also open to the petitioner to approach the superior Police authority for redressal of the grievance.
