The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Dhanarua P. S. Case No. 365 of 2016 registered under Sections 406, 420 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the fact that for an occurrence which initially took place on 18.04.2016, the FIR has been instituted after four months on 19.08.2016, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- ( Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Masaurahi, Patna in Dhanarua P. S. Case No. 365 of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21588 of 2017 (2) dt.06-07-2017 2/2 2016 , subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438
