This is the third attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Roh P.S. Case No.209 of 2022 registered for the offence under sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Earlier, the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail has been rejected vide orders dated 31.01.2024 and 12.07.2024 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous Nos. 3403 of 2024 and 37519 of 2024 respectively.

The petitioner is accused of having caused injury to the victim. He is in custody since 10.10.2023. 4.
It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that till date the case has not been committed.

Considering the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner and also the period of custody of the petitioner, this bail application is allowed. 6.
Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Nawada/concerned Court below, in connection with Roh P.S. Case No.209 of 2022, subject to the condition that he will cooperate in the trial and will appear himself or through his lawyer on each and every date fixed in the trial.
