1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.(i) That the petitioner prays for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to regularise the services of the petitioner on class IV sanctioned post in the Saharsa Collectorate or in the offices attached thereto and grant him all the consequential reliefs by payment of salary and seniority etc.
(ii) That the petitioner further prays for issuance of a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to place / include the name of the petitioner at an appropriate rank / serial number keeping in view his seniority and experience in the recent panel list prepared by the District Establishment
Patna High Court CWJC No.11079 of 2021(2) dt.24-11-2023 2/2 Department, Saharsa for regularization of Grade IV employees in Saharsa District."
2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition, however, with liberty to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty so sought is granted.
3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
