A show cause has been filed on behalf of the opposite party no. 3 of the Veer Kunwar Singh University in which it is stated that in terms of the order under contempt passed by this Court, the claim of the petitioner in his representation dated 11.1.2013, was verified and the speaking order was passed on 20.11.2013 by the Registrar of the University. In the above circumstances, the order under contempt appears to have been complied with. The contempt application is dismissed.
