2. This application has been filed for quashing the entire proceeding of FIR of Case No. 6 of 2014 pending in the Court of learned Special Judge, Vigilance, 1st, Patna arising out of Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 20 of 2014.

3. Though the present application has been filed for quashing the entire proceedings but the learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37081 of 2017(3) dt.17-04-2025 2/2 Vigilance Department submits that the trial has started.

4. In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to interfere in such an old matter.
