2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Basantpur P.S. Case No. 514 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414, 467, 468, 471 of the IPC.

3. As per allegation, on a secret information, the informant along with other police party reached the place of occurrence and searched the house of the petitioner. Upon search of Bathan of his house, two stolen motorcycles and one stolen Scorpio vehicle were recovered.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances as well as the period of custody, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-X, Siwan in connection with Basantpur P.S. Case No. 514 of 2023, subject to the following condition:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
