JUSTICE ALOK KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE) 12-09-2025 In the present petition, petitioners have prayed for the following reliefs:

(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ and/or order and/or direction in Public

Patna High Court CWJC No.6728 of 2025(2) dt.12-09-2025 2/3 Interest commanding the respondents to initiate legal action by lodging FIR or any other action in accordance with law for financial irregularities pointed out in audit objection conducted by the State of Bihar against the concerned university official i.e; respondent nos. 3 to 6 for the reason that the state officials as well as H.E., Chancellor's office are not taking any action in accordance with law against erring university officials.

(ii) For further direction to official respondents to constitute a committee of higher officials (financial experts) under the chairmanship of Accountant General, Bihar, Patna to enquire the matter impartially or any other committee which may deem fit and proper.

2. Petitioners-Vidya Shankar and Manish Kumar were ex-employees of the Sher Shah College, a constituent college of Veer Kunwar Singh University. It is learnt that certain actions have been taken against the petitioners with reference to certain service condition resulted in dismissal of the petitioners from service. Therefore, they had certain grudge against the University. Resultantly, they have presented the present petition. Therefore, we have to draw inference that there is no public interest involved in the present lis among the petitioners and

Patna High Court CWJC No.6728 of 2025(2) dt.12-09-2025 3/3 respondents. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed.
