2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 498(A), 494 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Complaint Case No.79 of 2013.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and in any event the accusations are general and omnibus, without any medical document to support the accusation of physical torture. In any event, he offers to deposit an amount of Rs.1,500/- per month regularly for the benefit of opposite party

4. Learned counsel for the complainant appears and has been heard.

5. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, as such, in the event of the arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from the date of communication of this order, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Biraul at Benipur, Darbhanga in connection with Complaint Case No.79 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. with additional condition that the petitioner will deposit a sum of Rs.1,500/- per month regularly before the learned Court below which shall be available for withdrawal by opposite party no.2 and upon failure to deposit any two consecutive installments, his bail bond shall stand automatically cancelled.
