This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Laxmipur P.S. Case No. 397 of 2019 (G.R. No. 3036 of 2019) for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
Sri Arvind Kumar, learned counsel for the Vigilance Department submits that the petitioner has knowingly made the mistake and tried to take benefit of the same. The mistake committed by the petitioner seems bonafide and not malafide.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamui, in connection with Laxmipur P.S.
