The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420/467/406/468/471/506 of the Indian Penal Code. After hearing learned counsel for the parties and upon consideration of all facts and circumstances including the statement made by the complainant in paragraph No. 5 of his complaint petition, it appears that the allegations are vague and indistinct.
