In the present case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Marauna P.S. Case No. 87 of 2016 for offence under Sections 366(A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per First Information Report, an allegation has been made that the petitioner was involved in kidnapping the girl of the Informant who is a minor girl with an intent to enter into the marriage. The statement of the victim girl under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. shows that parents of the victim girl had taken Rs. 50,000/- and he wanted to marry her with Budha Sah.
