JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-05-2025 After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this anticipatory bail application granting liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the Court below and make a prayer for regular bail.

2. Permission is accorded. This anticipatory bail application stands dismissed as withdrawn.

3. However, if petitioner surrenders before the Court below within a period of eight weeks from today and prays for regular bail, the learned Court below, without being prejudiced by this order, shall examine the same on its own merit and pass appropriate order in accordance with law.
