JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 18-05-2022 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after show cause notice was served upon the Institution relating to the deficiencies, the Institute has submitted their reply on 9th May, 2022 and have removed all the deficiencies as pointed out by the E.R.C. of N.C.T.E. in its meeting dated 11th April, 2022. Learned counsel submits that directions may be issued to E.R.C. to finally decide the matter after the final show cause

Learned counsel for the N.C.T.E. points out that the meeting of the E.R.C. is to convene in the last week of this month and the case of the petitioner shall be considered. Keeping in view aforesaid statement made by the learned counsel at Bar, it is expected that the E.R.C. shall consider and examine the case of the petitioner and also take into consideration the letter dated 9th May, 2022 submitted by the Institute with regard to removing of the deficiencies as pointed out by the E.R.C. earlier.

The E.R.C. shall pass fresh orders with regard to counseling and admissions for the subsequent Session namely 2022-2023.

The writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
